1. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Sure, you can cancel an order after placing it. However, this is only possible if your order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. So if you do change your mind, we request you to cancel the order at the earliest by calling our customer care at +91-9811151696 or mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. The item I received is incorrect / broken / not functional. What should I do?
If you have received broken, incorrect or non-functional products, call us at +91-9811151696 or mail us at email@example.com within 24 hours of delivery of those items. We will get back to you at the earliest and may ask you to share photos of the damaged/wrong item(s). Upon confirmation, we will get the item picked from your address. If return facility is not available at your location, we may ask you to courier the item to us. Once the product has been received and inspected by us, replacement shall be dispatched to you in case of confirmed fault.
Please note that the Any complaint with regards to damage or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for a digital picture of the same in order to review the same.
In case the particular product is not available with us, a refund shall be arranged at the earliest.
3. After delivery of the item, I have changed my mind and I wish to exchange / return the item. Is it possible?
Yes, we offer a 7-day return policy, which means if you don’t want to keep the item, you can return it to us and get a refund.
However, the following conditions apply on all returns:
- Only unopened and unused items can be returned.
- Returns are possible in all categories, except electronics.
- While returning, make sure the item is in its original packaging with labels, tags, and in saleable condition. Hence, please do not open the packaging if you decide to return the item.
- All returned items will be subjected to inspection by our staff before proceeding with replacements or refunds.
- Returns would not be accepted for custom made / stitched clothing, including readymade stitched Sarees or Sarees stitched with custom blouse, Jewels. However, we would accept returns if there is any faults from our end.
4. Why has Surajbala Exports Pvt. Ltd. cancelled the order I placed?
We strive hard to fulfil all the orders. However, we may have to cancel your order at times and this will be done after informing you, under conditions listed below:
- As we do not keep inventory of all the items listed on our site, your order fulfilment may depend on the availability of the item(s) in the market. If the item has been discontinued by the manufacturer, we will not be in a position to fulfil it.
- All items to be shipped have to pass rigorous quality tests in our warehouse. If our dispatch team finds that a particular item is not fit to be shipped and the replacement is not available in the market, we may cancel your order.
- Your delivery location is in a non-serviceable area.
5. Do I have to pay return courier charges?
In case of return of products, a reverse pick-up shall be arranged from your registered address with our designated courier service. Reverse pick-up will not be charged.
However, if pick-up facility is not available in your area, we would request you to courier the item to us. In such cases, the courier amount shall be refunded to you against the original courier receipt.
6. I am not happy with the quality of the product which I received from Surajbala Exports Pvt. Ltd. What to do?
Surajbala Exports Pvt. Ltd. is a retailer, selling products manufactured by other brands. We do not have control over the quality of the products. We request you to read the product description carefully for proper understanding of the product. However, if you are not satisfied with the product quality, feel free to get in touch with the manufacturer directly.
